The work of Mumbai-based artist Viveek Sharma is set as an awe-inspiring contra point to all unwanted, unpleasant & disturbing sounds around us - and in us. Viveek's large canvases attract our outmost attention and entice us into a moment of observation and magnetizing silence. We start hearing ourself thinking, we take in the sound of inner quite, which is the only way to connect with the meditating sadhus so meticulously rendered in oil on canvas.
